Gotta get back in the game here, so I did a little warm-up doodle at work. People seem to really like when I draw celebrities and tv characters as anthros, so I did this lil' guy for fun :3 OK, and cause I am a newborn Whoovian -_-

All I can really say about this is... David. Tennant's. Hair. Need I say more?
